Behind the scenes
- Sac-Town is based on the real-world city of Sacramento, California.
- Sacramento was previously mentioned in Joshua Sawyer's unofficial Fallout tabletop role-playing game. In it, Sacramento was described as a "lawless, uncontrolled city," and the region to the northeast of the city was said to be controlled by the 80s.[Non-canon 1]
