Sabir was an employee at Nuka-World before the Great War.
Background
Sabir hired a number of union employees for Nuka-World that repeatedly pointed out safety issues and violations of Department of Labor regulations, something that Maja Adams did not approve of.[1] Dusty Polanski also left Sabir a message, informing him that they could no longer store waste at the World of Refreshment. He asked Sabir if he could call Troy to see if he would let them use the Fizztop Grille for storage, since it had so much space.[2]
