- The Replicated Man: At one point during development, Richter was to be briefly involved in this quest. It was possible to ask him where the missing android went, and he was to inform the player character about Sister, a slaver living in Rivet City. Richter would go on to say that Sister is no longer looking for the missing android and is instead just living on the ship.
