Ribera

Ribera is one of Helen's sick kids in 2253.

Background

Ribera is from Hoover Dam, and is the oldest of Helen's kids. He is very protective of Helen, and in some ways considers her his wife.^[1] Being in the care of Helen has seen him unintentionally infected with a "Road Strain" of Limit 115.^[2]
