Background
Razlo is a good friend of Aradesh. His medical experience is attributed to his training by Doc Morbid in Junktown. He also has a wife, who is unnamed in the game.

Quests
- Rescue Tandi from the Raiders: The Vault Dweller can tell him that Tandi has been kidnapped, and that they do not think she has run off with Seth. He will grant a piece of fruit and two stimpaks.
- Cure Jarvis of Radscorpion Poison, Make Poison Antidote: Razlo can produce an antidote for radscorpion poison if given a scorpion tail.
Other interactions
- Razlo can heal the Vault Dweller, and offers a small amount of stimpaks for purchase, although he will only enter into dialogue with the player during daylight hours. At night, he will become very irritable if awakened through dialogue, telling the player character to return in the morning.
- After completing the quest Make Poison Antidote, Razlo can be given more scorpion tails and use them to create more antidotes for the Vault Dweller.

Bugs
After Tandi is kidnapped, the Vault Dweller can talk to Razlo about it, upon which he gives them two stimpaks and a fruit. If they come back at night and talk to him again about it, he will hand over the same amount of stimpaks and fruit again.[verified]
