Rayze is the leader of the Crypts at Scrapheap in 2161.
Background
Rayze is the leader of a gang called the Crypts in the small town of Scrapheap. He is outfitted with the Crypts' signature leather armor and equips a CZ-53 personal minigun when in battle. He and his gang control the only power generator in the town and therefore rule over the small community. When the Vault Dweller talks to him, he will say to either join the Crypts or leave the town. If they are indeed joined, Rayze will give the quest of eliminating the rival gang, the Fools, so that they may continue to have full control of the town without a threat.
