Plan: The fixer is a weapon plan in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.
Location
- Has a chance to drop from rewards obtained for completing mutated public events.
- Has a 10% chance to be rewarded from the Encryptid public event if the player character has already completed The Lowe-Down quest.
Unlocks
The plan unlocks crafting of The Fixer, a customized version of the combat rifle at a weapons workbench. It also allows legendary variants to drop as event rewards and from Purveyor Murmrgh.
