Nephi was a pre-War city in the former American state of Utah and is a mentioned-only location in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.
Background
Said to be located near Salt Lake City, Randall Clark passed by the area on his return trip to Zion Canyon after a scavenging run to SLC in 2084.[1][2]
