Mikail is a deceased man at Swan's Pond in 2287.
Background
Mikail was a denizen of the Commonwealth who had become separated from a loved one. This loved one managed to have a letter delivered to him requesting that, although they missed him greatly, he stayed within the limits of Diamond City to guarantee relative safety. They also realised that he might try to make the trip anyway, advising him to travel at night, stick close to the Charles River, and avoid Boston Common. It appears Mikail was indeed determined to reach them, and, for whatever reason, was compelled to cut through the Common, where he died and his corpse still lies.[1]
