There is usually a small contingent of caravan drivers, brahmin, and disgruntled Rivet City policemen buzzing around the bridge gangplank building. Officer Lorin is one of the most vocal in her displeasure at the almost-constant attacks, but her hand has been forced.[Non-game 1]
Following the success at Project Purity, Rivet City decided to help the Brotherhood of Steel distribute the clean water across the wasteland by protecting the water caravans. Lorin was sent out as part of these caravan guards.
If Lorin survives the bandit ambush, she will travel back to Rivet City to report to Officer Lepelletier. After Lorin speaks with Lepelletier, she will disappear as soon as the player leaves the active map cell. Lorin has no dialogue tree, and will simply thank the player for saving her if spoken to.
