Lieutenant Lazanski is a deceased Gunner in the Glowing Sea in 2287.
Background
Lieutenant Lazanski, along with a squad of Gunners from Vault 95, was sent into the Glowing Sea to find and destroy a vertibird. Unfortunately for him and the rest of the team, one of their members, Caroni, kept giving away their position, resulting in continuous ambushes.
With casualties mounting, Lazanski retreated to a nearby radio tower, where he bled out from injuries he sustained during the ambushes.[1] By the time the Sole Survivor reaches his body, it is festering with bloatflies, which are scripted to emerge from his corpse when data is retrieved from his Pip-Boy.
