Kemp

Dr. Kemp is a doctor affiliated with the New California Republic at Camp McCarran in 2281. He can be found in a corner of the Camp McCarran concourse in Fallout: New Vegas.

Background

Kemp is Camp McCarran's senior medical officer and doctor.[1][2] He keeps himself constantly busy caring for the troops,[3][4][5] and describes his medical work as a "quick stitch."[6] Though he cares for the troopers at Camp McCarran,[3] he does not suffer fools gladly[7][8] and especially refuses to associate with or treat enemies of the New California Republic, wanting to protect his reputation with the NCR brass.[9][10] He also appears to have slight disdain for or annoyance with chem addicts.[11]
