Being joined by Pariah dog in the A lone surviving dog special encounter.
Effects
Fallout and Fallout 2
All misses have 50% chance to be "upgraded" to a critical miss. This applies to every single entity in the game.
Fallout Tactics
Presumably the same as in Fallout and Fallout 2, however the chance seems to be significantly lower.
Bugs
The trait does not do anything as of version 1.27.[verified]
