Jed Kramer[1] was a member of the Free States in Appalachia prior to 2102.
Background
After Raleigh Clay and the Free States took over the Harpers Ferry Armory as a precaution against the Brotherhood of Steel, Jed was placed in charge of stockpiling ammo. He confirmed that fellow member Larry Comstock would contribute plenty of drinking water, but was concerned about Henry, who was in charge of stockpiling food but collected a hundred boxes of only Sugar Bombs. Jed warned for Henry to start collecting "real food," or else he could go and "shelter in his own bunker."[2]
