Jean is an unmarked location in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background
Once a small pre-War town north of the Nevada-California state line along Interstate 15, following the nuclear apocalypse and by 2281, all that remains is the derelict Jean Sky Diving business and the remaining supports of a few other buildings. The Powder Gangers have been known to come in close vicinity of Jean while on patrol, but otherwise, this location is seen to be a desolate place where few tread.
