Franklin Wendell Welker (born March 12, 1946) is an actor who voiced John Maxson in Fallout, as well as various characters in Fallout Tactics.
Career
With over 850 credits, Frank Welker is one of the most prolific voice actors in history, and was reported to be the fourth-highest grossing actor (including all role types) as of 2024.
