Duncan Hood is an actor who voiced Alphonse Almodovar, Reginald Rothchild and Dukov in Fallout 3. He reprised the role of Rothchild in the add-on Broken Steel, and also voiced Tobar and other additional voices in the add-on Point Lookout.
Career
Hood is mainly a commercial and political narrator, having worked in voiceover since 1979. He is also a sailor and maritime instructor, befitting of his role of Tobar the ferryman in Point Lookout.[1]
