Dogbreath is a member of the Free Radicals in Appalachia.
Background
Dogbreath is known as a fierce guitarist among the Radicals, having played in Jesse White's band before the Great War. Another member of the gang plotted to replace Razorhandle as the band drummer by drowning Razorhandle and stepping up whenever Dogbreath began looking for a replacement.[1]
At some point, Lugnut, seeking to restore a limousine for Roper, sent Dogbreath and his crew to the Gorge Junkyard to retrieve some parts. While there, they found "the jackpot" - an engine hoist, big block double hump heads, and pistons. Although the head gaskets were "blown," Lugnut figured that it would not cause any issues.[2]
