Crewmen are feral ghouls on the Yangtze submarine in 2287.
Background
Chinese crewmen of the People's Liberation Army stationed on the Yangtze. Like their captain, Zao, they have ghoulified by radiation leaking from the submarines damaged reactor, but were not fortunate enough to keep their minds and have turned into feral ghouls.

Notes
Despite concept art depicting them wearing ruined Chinese uniforms, all crewmen with the exception of the first mate spawn as regular feral ghoul variants and share their appearance with ferals found elsewhere in the Commonwealth.
