The Council building is a structure within the Central Council of Vault City where the Council, led by the First Citizen, meets to discuss Vault City affairs.
Layout
The most important people of Vault City have their office here, like Senior Council Member McClure, Proconsul Gregory and First Citizen Joanne Lynette. The building itself is divided into a large hall connecting to the offices, which are neatly furnished with chairs, tables and bookcases.
