Lieutenant Conners was a member of the Gunners in 2287.
Background
Lieutenant Conners was part of the Gunner squad under Major Jefferies that was tasked with stealing a batch of deathclaw eggs from Lynn Woods and delivering it to Wellingham in Diamond City. While the squad was near the Museum of Witchcraft, Conners left his post to investigate nearby tracks that he had found, and was subsequently killed by the enraged deathclaw matriarch the eggs had been stolen from, who had been following them. His corpse was soon discovered by Major Jefferies and Private Hart, prompting Jefferies to order the squad to flee into the museum.[1]
Notes
In Private Hart's holotape, which is the only place where he is mentioned, his name is spelled both as "Conners" and as "Connors." There is no indication of which spelling is intentional.
