Cloud Kiss is a consumable item in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Dead Money.
Characteristics
Cloud Kiss uses the corrosive and poisonous attributes of Sierra Madre's Cloud and mixes it with common household cleaning products to make a deadly venom. It comes in weak, potent and lethal varieties. Each tier damages health more quickly and over a longer duration.
Like all poison, it can be applied to any unarmed or melee weapon (including thrown weapons), to allow the Courier to envenom a target on a successful hit. One dose of poison lasts for one successful strike or thrown projectile only (A stack of throwing weapons stays poisoned until one successfully hits).

Notes
Cloud Kiss (lethal) does the most overall damage among poisons created in the Mojave Wasteland, dealing 169 (13 x 13s) damage. The second strongest poison is bleak venom which deals 150 (15 x 10s) damage. Bleak venom still does its damage faster, however.
