Celsius is dressed in robes, and is a master surgeon and a scholar. Celsius has a deep voice and a confident air about him. He never betrays any hint that he is uncertain of his skills. All medical goods can be purchased from Celsius. He resided in Bunker Alpha, but later moved to Bunker Beta, leaving Timothy, his assistant, to continue his work. He reprises his services in Bunker Gamma as well, being replaced in Beta by another medic, Jeffrey.
