Bug spray was to be a weapon in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.
Characteristics
Not much is known on how the bug spray worked, but what can be assumed from the icon is that it would have worked similar to the flamer - with the player character holding the spray can, spraying it into a lit lighter and attacking enemies with the resulting jet of flame, but on a much smaller scale. The only mention of its existence is an icon that was left in the Honest Hearts game files.
