With power and wisdom beyond human capacity, this god of judgement has been worshipped by the people of Kolobos since ancient times. Though resembling an ordinary human and able to communicate in their tongue, he nevertheless remains an esper. Ramuh's lightning strike those who dare trespass, rendering unrelenting judgement for their sins.
