Garuda gains 1.5x experience when enhanced with Green Magicite, Yellow Magicite, Green Megacite, Yellow Megacite, Green Supercite and Yellow Supercite.
How to obtain
1 Garuda can be obtained after you defeat it in The Raptor's Skydais. To unlock the dungeon:
- Go to the Special Forces Training Grounds and accept the quest Caledfwlch Special Investigation 1 from the Chancellor's Envoy.
- Return to the world map to see The Sealed Tower unlocked.
- After clearing The Sealed Tower - Level 2 and confirming the quest completion with the Chancellor's Envoy, speak to him again.
- Return to the world map to see The Raptor's Skydais unlocked.
