History
Kaipo is an OPA thug who worked for Anderson Dawes.
Throughout the series
Lida introduces herself and Kaipo to Josephus Miller as brother and sister. The pair of them throw a bag over Miller's head and abduct him for Anderson Dawes.[1]
The two take Miller to a dark storage room and taze him into submission. Once Dawes is done with him, they throw Miller into an airlock. Detective Octavia Muss arrives in time to kill the duo before they're able to cycle the airlock. Thus, Miller is rescued.[2]
