The Lost Tomb is one of the well-known locations in the Mortal Kombat universe and one of the arenas in the videogame Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance and even the final stage in the game's Tournament Edition spinoff. This arcane pyramidal mausoleum is built outside the Sarna Ruins within Outworld's Golden Desert over 10,000 years ago to be the honored resting place for the deceased body of the once glorious preternatural realm's legendary first ruler known as Onaga the Dragon King as well as for the remains of his "undeafatable army".

Inside the strobiloid structure of this once revered royal tomb, behind the Dragon King's sarcophagus at the center of the chamber there was a huge, bronze circular ring-like object with a striking resemblance of the fallen Elder God's Sacred Amulet. Many of solders within his army are watching their late lord's stone coffin from the wings while locked in this stony prison. And also was written on the walls of this tomb as well on the king's sarcophagus was an ancient Edenian dialect inscribed by the king's holy men with the intention of bringing back the long lost Outworld emperor from beyond the grave body and soul.
