Batteries are an item in Everhood. They are found by interacting with the broken car in the Desert. Obtaining this item unlocks the "You Monster" achievement.
This item is part of the trading quest, and it is given to Brown Mage in Midnight Town after giving them Toilet Paper. This allows the player access to Brown Mage's house, south of Midnight Town's fountain.
