Erin Grey Van Oosbree (born August 24, 1973), credited as Grey DeLisle or Grey Griffin, is an American voice actress, comedian and singer-songwriter. She has portrayed many roles of female characters in animated series and video games. She is best known for voicing Vicky in The Fairly Oddparents, Mandy in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and Azula in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
