Venom One is a London based DJ and production duo made up of Jorg Schmid and Neal McCluskie. With a history in producing, writing and remixing for artists including Armin van Buuren, Flo Rida, Kelly Rowland, Sugababes, Benny Benassi and countless others, it was their roots in EDM and passion for the genre which enthused the duo to pursue Venom One. Their sound can be described as a mixture of trance and progressive house with influences of dubstep and pop which creates Venom One's unique and intriguing blend of EDM. Their career has already taken off to an impressive start with their remix of Emma Hewitt's hit “Miss You Paradise”, which has already gained support from the likes of Gareth Emery and made The NYC Village Voice Pazz & Jop 2012 list. Venom One have recently signed to Coldharbour Recordings, a record label founded by trance legend and USA Nr 1 DJ Markus Schulz. Their first release on the label is called “Crashed & Burned” and features Romanian trance vocal star Adina Butar. With Remixes from Markus Schulz and Rafael Frost the track has been featured on Armin van Buuren’s A State of Trance, Markus Schulz’ Global DJ Broadcast, W&W’s Mainstage, Protoculture’s Natural Selection, Giuseppe Ottaviani’s Go On Air and additional support by Ferry Corsten, Antillas, and countless others.
