The Cul-de-Sac

The Cul-de-Sac is the main location where Ed, Edd, Eddy and the other kids live. The street features a number of suburban detached homes, a playground, and the Lane. This is one of the main settings the show takes place in; this means it's frequently being shown throughout the series.

Overview

The Cul-de-Sac is the living area of the kids. The main Cul-de-Sac (also known as Peach Creek Estates Phase 1) is the area where the Kids live and play. It is also where the Eds run the bulk of their scams. The Cul-de-Sac is located on Rethink Avenue. There are eleven houses surrounding the Cul-de-Sac, eight of which belong to nine of the show's characters. There is an unfinished Cul-de-Sac (Peach Creek Estates Phase 2) to the right of the main one, where houses are being constructed.

Areas

The Cul-de-Sac has a creek running nearby, where the kids play in the summer months. The creek nearest the Cul-de-Sac is just one of several in Peach Creek, and it is unknown exactly which creek the town is named after. There is also a playground that the children frequent, making the area useful to the Eds when it comes to running scams. The Lane is the main thoroughfare around the outside of the Cul-de-Sac, and the primary area where the kids hang out with each other and play. Incidentally, it is the Eds' most common place to pull scams. There is also a swimming hole where the kids go to cool off.

The centre of the Cul-de-Sac has a manhole which is the main access to the sewers. The manhole serves as the second level of Ed, Edd n Eddy - The Mis-Edventures - "Pin the Tail on the Ed."

Trivia

• The Cul-de-Sac was once flooded due to the creek accidentally being dammed by Eds' Sea Ranch in "Scrambled Ed."
• The Cul-de-Sac was once destroyed by the Kanker Sisters in "Run for your Ed."
• Three of the eleven houses on the cul-de-sac have unknown residents (assuming that anyone actually lives in them):
  • The house in between Edd and Rolf's homes.
  • The house directly across the street from Edd's home (the one on the left side of Kevin's house).
  • The house in between Eddy's house and Ed and Sarah's house.
