The Kanker Burger is a food only seen in "Nagged to Ed." The Kanker Burgers were made by the Kanker Sisters and served to the Eds with hydrated powdered milk.

While Eating
The Kanker Burger was an instant hit with the Eds, who happily dug into them as soon as they smelled them. The burgers are found to be extremely greasy and constantly dribbling sauce so much so that Ed stuck a straw in his to slurp up its contents. The toppings on Double-D's burger seemed to have turned into a stretchy, rubbery red mess, though despite his usual pension for neatness he eats it in stride. Eddy ends up finding a metal cogwheel inside his burger, but he just spits it out and continues eating.
The Mis-Edventures
A jawbreaker can be unlocked with a flavor called "Kanker Ketchup" from the jawbreaker dispenser in the playground. The description is "Compliment to any meal!", referencing how the Eds enjoyed the Kanker Burgers and how much ketchup is used to make them.
Fusionfall
In Fusionfall, there is a giant version of the hamburger by the river near the Park n' Flush. Marie is manning it; apparently, it is a sort of "Trojan Horse" made to trick the Eds into letting them in. Most of the missions that Marie gives out deal with said hamburger. Coop once mistook it for a real burger and has to be assured by the user that it is, indeed, fake.
