The Mentat Emperor was the name used in the dedication in the Muad'Dib Concordance, as copied from the Tabla Memorium of the Mahdi Spirit Cult, to describe Paul "Muad'Dib" Atreides, reflecting that he was Padishah Emperor of the Known Universe and also a Mentat.
