Details
Various new races appeared in the 
God of Abyss block with "Mecha" in their name.
Mecha Del Tech is exclusive to spells.
Until the release of the Mechraid keyword action in DM23-RP1 Battle Tales of Twin Dragons, it wasn't treated as a Race Category.
It was later paired with the Darkness Civilization.
