Cell (セル) is a biological life-form created by the Red Ribbon Army scientist, Dr. Gero. He was a foe of Goku and his friends and was defeated by Son Gohan. He makes a cameo appearance in Dr. Slump and Arale-chan: N-cha! Love Comes From Penguin Village where a toy of him is seen on the dashboard of an airplane next to a toy of Vegeta and Gohan. Cell also appears as a playable character in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 which crosses over with Dr. Slump.
