HasanAbi uploaded a video on June , 2021, Dream joined Hasan's stream call, when he apologized for the DreamWasTaken subtweet. They chatted about politics and cancel culture, and the conversation concluded on a positive note, with Dream and Hasan following each other and Dream watching Hasan's streams for the next few days. During their interaction they talked about Trump, Notch, and political views. When talking about Notch, Hasan talks about while Notch is the creator of Minecraft but has horrible views that are controversial. Microsoft distanced themselves from Notch. [1] Hasan appreciated that Dream took down the Notch video. Dream mentions that Hasan would enjoy VelvetisCake due to a tweet.[2]
