Age 730 is a major year in the Dragon Ball timeline that is seen in many flashbacks during the Vegeta Saga of Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans and Dragon Ball GT.
Events
- Saiyan-Tuffle war: The war comes to an abrupt end when the Saiyans transform into Great Apes at the light of the full moon.[1][2][3]
- Dr. Lychee makes a desperate attempt to escape with his most esteemed invention, Hatchiyack, but is injured as his capsule prepared for liftoff.[2]
- An advanced machine is used on the Tuffle King to combine his body and DNA with the genetic experiment known as "Baby".[3][4]
- All of the other Tuffles are annihilated, and the Saiyans take control of the planet and rename it Planet Vegeta.[1]
- The Saiyans are approached by the Arcosians and are offered technology in exchange for help finding a new world for the Arcosians to live on.[1]
- Mercenary Tao begins his mercenary career.[5]
- Peruka is born.[6]
- September 24: Taro Soramame is born.[7]
- The 17th World Martial Arts Tournament is held.
