Gilivhan

Gilivhan was an Alamarri tribeswoman who was chosen by Maferath to bear his heirs, as they believed his actual wife, Andraste, wouldn't be able to.

Background

She gave birth to three boys, Isorath, Evrion and Verald, all of whom had major roles in establishing Orlais, Nevarra, and Free Marches.^[1]

She died some time before Andraste's Exalted March against the Tevinter Imperium. Andraste adopted her three boys and raised them as her own.
