Clemence is a tranquil alchemist from the Circle of Magi. He can be found at the Gull and Lantern Tavern in the eastern district of Redcliffe Village located in the Hinterlands.
Involvement
Clemence explains to the Herald that when Gereon Alexius arrived, he was removed from the castle because he reminds the magister of what mages can become. He also states that Alexius has been banishing all Tranquil from Redcliffe. After the conversation, the Herald has the opportunity to recruit him into the Inquisition as an agent for Cullen.
If In Hushed Whispers or Champions of the Just is completed prior to entering Redcliffe and/or speaking with Clemence, he will be unavailable for recruitment.
