Cera

Cera is the ambassador of the Circle of Magi to Vigil's Keep.

She sells runes, Rune Tracings, Lyrium potions, and basic supplies necessary for Runecrafting, such as blank runestones, etching agents, and Novice-rank runes of nearly every type.

If the Warden-Commander has runes and wishes to use them to enhance items, Ambassador Cera also serves as an enchanter and runesmith.

Bugs

• After selling a Menacing Rune or an Intensifying Rune, Cera will no longer open her store interface. She will still interact with the Warden, and will enchant items, but after choosing option 1: Do you have any runes for sale?, the dialogue will close and the Warden will be standing in front of Cera as if they just exited the dialogue window. The sound effect for the store's interface does not play and also note that the bug does not seem to corrupt the save file.
