Akhaaz

Akhaaz is a fortress in Seheron. It has recently been reoccupied by the Qunari.

Background

Akhaaz is made of old stone and is located in a coastal region. According to Varric, not many converts reside in it.

Involvement

The plot follows BioWare's own canon, meaning that Alistair is king of Ferelden in the comic's story.

Dragon Age: Those Who Speak.

Alistair, Varric and Isabela along with her ship's crew, are held as prisoners in Akhaaz by the Qunari. Sten, the new Arishok is also there, along with Rasaan, a Tamassran.

Eventually, Alistair, Varric and Isabela attempt to escape. Alistair and Varric reach the outer gates before Sten blocks their way, and a duel between Alistair and Sten breaks out.
