Syringe is a mod for DooM II devolved by Syringe that released on September 27th, 2019. It contains seven missions, a new color palette, several new end screen graphics, and a new soundtrack. It released as an official add-on for the 2019 remaster of DooM II/The Master Levels. It received a Cacoward in 2020.
