The Phobos Labs is one of the main facilities at Site 1. It houses what has been described as "many technologies". The nature of these have not been disclosed.
Locations
Sector 1
Sector 1 houses its own teleporter. This teleporter can take the player all the way to the Delta Complex, located above Site 3. The rest of Sector 1 contains warehouses and controls for the complex.
Sector 2
Sector 2 contains Site 1's two main machines; the pump station, and some colitant rods.
Sector 3
Sector 3 houses the main plasma reactor which powers up Site 1, as well as the life support systems.

This was probably named for and inspired by the Phobos (moon) facility in the orignal Doom.
