Wendy is one of the 12 frogs and is one of Molly and Melvin's sisters. She likes to go on adventures and write stories. She is also one of the first frogs that appear to be female without eyelashes.
History
Dog Man: Fetch-22
Wendy is a minor antagonist who helped create Barky McTreeface with her psychokinetic brain powers in order to destroy the city. For the majority of the book, Wendy and the rest of her siblings are influenced by The Fair Fairy who they believe to be their mother.
Dog Man: Grime and Punishment
Wendy makes a minor appearance in Grime and Punishment as one of the 21 baby frogs, and is noticeably asleep during Flippy's class until Munchy The Lunchbag appears. She later helps Lil' Petey scare Munchy away by drawing on him with her siblings.

Trivia
- Wendy is the only female baby frog without eyelashes shown.
- Wendy is heavily implied to be transgender.
- Along with being the only female frog that does not have eyelashes, Naomi apologizes to her along with El, who is non-binary[1], when her comic is said as making "offensive statements about gender." El and Wendy are the only frogs Naomi apologizes to, further implying that she is trans.
- This would explain her lack of eyelashes, as the male frogs do not have any and her birth gender would be male.
- It is possible that she could have lost her eyelashes in the making of Barky McTreeface, however, this is not confirmed.
