The Mutt Masher 2000 was a machine made by Petey to kill all dogs in town by crushing them with sets of giant spikes crushing them. It got destroyed by Philly the Gyro.
Not much is known about it, since it only appeared in the first book. It is known that whoever steps in it will be crushed.
