Wally B. is a bumblebee and one of the titular characters from The Adventures of André & Wally B.
Role in the short film
In the short, Wally B. bothers André, so André distracts him so he can get away. Wally B. eventually catches up with André and stings him offscreen, while denting his stinger in the process. He is then hit by André's tossed hat.
