Tokyo Bonkers

"Tokyo Bonkers" is the second episode of Bonkers, though it is actually the 49th in chronological order.

Synopsis

Miranda and Bonkers are delivering Z-Bot to the Tokyo Police HQ, but Bonkers loses him to Z-Bot's minions, the Ninja Kitties. Miranda and the Tokyo Inspector track Z-Bot only to be apprehended. Bonkers comes to the rescue and traps Z-Bot.

Trivia

  • The Ninja Kitties are a parody of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, while the "Hello Bonkers Boutique" is a parody of Hello Kitty merchandise stores. Additionally, Z-Bot resembles the TMNT character Kraang.
  • The close-up shot of Bonkers enticing Z-Bot with a contract (telling Z-Bot to trust him) is used in the opening.
