Toby Huss is an American actor, who is best known for his role as Artie in The Adventures of Pete & Pete and for voicing Kahn Souphanousinphone and Cotten Hill in King of the Hill.
For Disney, he voiced Tennessee O'Neal in the 2002 live-action Disney film The Country Bears and provided several additional voices in two episodes of Hercules, including "Hercules and the Grim Avenger" and "Hercules and the Visit from Zeus". He also portrayed Mike Holliday in the 2025 Hulu TV series Chad Powers.
