Simon David Kinberg is a British-born American screenwriter, director, and producer.
He has written screenplays for films, such as Mr. and Mrs. Smith, The X-Men movies, and Jumper.
For Disney, he created the Disney XD animated series Star Wars Rebels. He also produced the 2015 live-action remake of Cinderella and the 21st Century Fox films Dark Phoenix and The New Mutants. In addition, he was a creative consultant on Star Wars: The Force Awakens. He also served as an executive producer on the 2024 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Deadpool & Wolverine.
